Every time we meet at Kode of Conduct Poetry nights, we always have a lineup and an open mic session. Would you like to perform during this session? E-mail us or let us know on the day of the event. Join one of our poetry and open mic nights in Amsterdam (or other parts of Europe) and share your art with us.

The main aim of Kode of Conduct is to provide a safe space for all creatives out there. To unite through poetry, spoken word, music and every other form of art. Kode of Conduct is all about giving the performer in all of us a platform to blossom.
DEBATES AND DISCUSSIONS ON CURRENT AFFAIRS
We also host discussions and debates. Come join us as we discuss matters as they arise.
Sometimes I just like to think,
And capture my ideas in ink.
When the pen begins to flow,
I leave my thoughts and let them go.
It’s when the mind starts to run free,
That we really do begin to see.
Our eyes are somehow opened wide,
And we are given a peek inside.
We see the place where ideas grow,
The ones with passion we must sow.
Big ideas can give us power,
They bloom and grow just like a flower.
Tricky problems simply pop,
As great ideas take you to the top.
Don’t keep them locked up in dark spaces,
Good ideas will take you places.
SAFE SPACE FOR ALL CREATIVES OUT THERE
Kode of Conduct Poetry serves as a safe space for people who feel that they have a lot to say but no one to listen to them. Everyone is welcome at Kode of Conduct. It is a place where uniqueness and creativity are celebrated and allowed to blossom.
MENTAL HEALTH EVENINGS: JOIN THE KODE OF CONDUCT MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT GROUP
At Kode of Conduct, we also organise Mental Health Evenings. Our mental health support group welcomes everyone, including young foreign students in the Netherlands who may be going through loneliness, depression and/or burnout. Everyone is welcome to join the support group and attend our meetings.
